Bartender, YOLOS MEXICAN GRILL at PLANET HOLLYWOOD CASINO

Greet guests with a warm and friendly manner and acknowledges everyone who come within 5 feet with a smile
Maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner
Take beverage orders from guests, accept guest payment, process credit card charges
Ability to meet requirements of accurate pouring
Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements
Maintain neat and organized bar work areas; to include bar tops and around outer bar
Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled bartender to take over
Perform routine inspection of bar areas and equipment
Obtain supplies from storage and/or the warehouse, for bar areas as needed, between stock deliveries.
Perform liquor inventory and control liquor cost
Provides Apprentices direction and coaching to ensure proper operation of the bar
Knowledge of health code violations.
